I would like to bring to notice about my experience this week with your manama office. My order for making a pant is 20666 and the measurement of waist taken by your tilor and recorded in the order as 37' but when I got it , it was made for 33' waiste . The delivery date was 21/04/2013. He tried to alter it but he gave me the pant with a joint (extention) which I haven't seen it anywhere and the waistline to crunch point also was too short. I am very much regret to inform you that you have not kept the quality of the product upto the value which I have paid ie, BD.15/-. Today it is 26th and still I haven't got my order yet. Hope you will look into it and will keep the quality of your service. Gopakumar
