Please kindly advise to solve the clearance problem ..... that we had a shipment of 2 x 40 HQ of wood product from Thailand. Our Customer is Sari General Trading EST.... has tries to clear the shipment BL no.UASCTHBKK081464
I had sold the product customer, and paid freight to Tanchanok Intertrailer Co.,Ltd since beginning of March for the freight service. But you refer that you just got the payment on 4th May. This make our customer cost demmurage cost that was not customer mistake.
Generally, my customer refered that it contacted you everyday since 24 April 2015...the unpayment between you and thunchanok should not impact to my customer cost and our business reputable.
Please advise to emergency clear this shipment without demmurage charge.
