we are a company Turkish in Georgia-east Black sea-Batumi we have 102 hectare agricultural land near black sea . Our land had decleratıon ın Lanckhutı-Chıbatı lands is flat and near river and Black sea..soil ph is :6-6.5... its near Poty harbour 20 km and near Road Trabzon Tyflys -Baku 2 km we want to harvest corn and vegatables we can harvest 1000 tone corn +2000 tone vegatebles in one years(8-9 mounth) or we can harvest 1000 tone rice too..or 3500 tone potato.... we need credit for Traktors-plug ans fuel oil and seed etc 300 000 US dollar we can pay back it 4-5 years fırst year wıthouth payback...followıng 4 years payback all of them because land never harvest before..So we must plow 3-4 tımes for good harvest thıs reason we maynot payback fırst year payback tımes two tımes ın year-after harvest...august 30 and December 20-25.... we can give ,mortgages too with lands we look for credit ... regards menager Ahmet KOÇ (Turkey cıtızen )+995 558739163 Batumı-Georgıa
