I have a complaint regarding the appointment and the attitude of staff. I called before regarding the shower head and I told them to purchase it and to install them . The call centre told me Saturday morning , then I install and informed them on Saturday and the call centre and he confirm that the maintenance team will come I told them about the a/c. I called I said now it is 200 pm when they are coming , he said they are coming so I said I need to speak to Khalid he told you are threatening me , also I replied I have the rights because I pay and I desrve to receive services. I told him I gonna write a complaint letter and addressing this to a lawyer.
