Objective: to attend a position as a, technical support IT administration, help desk, call center operator and customer service representative.
Work experience: Technical Support, Microcenter contract with Bapco in the department of Card Business Unit , Dec 2009 to present: • Call center –headed a technical support team in solve complex problems over the phone, for keeping. Bapco station computer systems operating 24/7. • Work by supporting Bapco is retail petroleum stations computer systems and smart cards. • Checking and fixing any computer hardware and software. • Part of a team member in installing the new smart card system and replacing the new system with old system. • Reporting on a daily basis to General Manager of the smart card system and update him with daily activities. • Filing daily reports on problems and duties performed. • Report and fixed any incident. • Visiting all the stations which are installed with the Bapco smart system checking on any problems and making sure that system is operating.
