I have never experienced rude and unprofessional behaivior in any other company in Bahrain as bad as this one. They have closed the phone while I was still inquiring about my order , and started to shout and be rude when I was only asking about the time I would recieve my order. Never doing business with them again Horrible company and service with rude staff

I experienced terrible service from them. They took 2 weeks to get back to me after 3 emails and 2 phone calls chasing them for information. Then they said they had not got back to me because the job i asked them to do was too small. I asked them why they didn't tell me this in the first place. They then changed their story and said no - they lost my email so they CAN do the job but can i give them all the details again. Wasted 2 weeks of my time without any truthful explanation or apology. Furious.
