Good morning You prepared reservations and booking for three students and myself to travel to Dubai in November 2013.

Thank you for the flight reservations.

I would however like to inform you that the hotel arrangements at Rush Inn were totally unsatisfactory. The hotel was totally inappropriate for school /university student accommodation. The accommodation was barely adequate with old and shabby furnishings, torn and ripped, breakfast was served in a nightclub room with tables pushed to the side, the food and selection of such was appalling. In fact. one student was vomiting all day. I would encourage you to remove this hotel name from your listing. The York International across the road, which we arranged for ourselves, although still a den of night clubs had clean rooms, good functioning facilities and a very acceptable breakfast.

My comments regarding the facilities are my personal opinions and not the opinion of AMAIU.
