Yesterday, March 22, 2015 between 1:30pm - 3:00pm, I shopped at Carrefour City Center. But prior to entering Carrefour, I was directed to leave items that I bought from Home Center Center and Nautica at the Carrefour Package Counter. After paying my bills (90BD+), I collected my items at the package counter and left home back to Saudi Arabia. Upon returning home, I noticed that items I bought from Nautica (2 pants - white orange) were missing which I put inside the big Home Center bag. Please investigate.

I had purchased a HP laptop on 13th August 2014 (Product: NBK PRBK 450 i7-4702.9.1T.2D.DOS HP). I saw a black spot on the screen so I tried to resolve it by reinstalling the video driver and all. But as it was not the software or driver problem, I took the laptop to Carefore on 4-Sept-2014. They took all 17 days and on 20th Sept 2014 they called and told that its a physical damage and I need to pay 20 BHD for that.

I totally dont accept this. I am the user of that laptop. I remember and I am sure that I never dropped my laptop any where. There was no scrach or any physical damage when I had submitted the laptop to carrefore. I am working in one of the reputed training centres in Bahrain. I know how to take care of my laptop. How can carrefour or hp say that its a physical damage. Its not acceptable. Its not the quality that you should provide. I found a very poor and unsatisfactory service of carrefour. I am not going to pay anything. I want my laptop to be repaired or replaced.

Dear Sir/Ma’am, I want bring something hidden in your kind notice that one of your supplier Mr. Imran Pakistani National, supplying you the readymade garments, shoes, pillows, pillow covers and bed sheet Etc. through Zeeba Trading. (His company name) Fact of the matter is that some of your purchasing staff is involved with him and getting commission and %%age from him. By doing so the said person Mr. Imran is supplying you 3rd class quality material. Not only 3rd class but even rejected stuff, just because that one of your staff places him order and getting his commission part. I have proof that, Mr. Imran purchases stolen stuff at throw away prices and supply to you. You might not agree with me and I tell you that if you don’t just believe me, you investigate by yourself and you will find the truth. I don’t have any personal grudge with Mr. Imran nor your staff, I am just participating my goodness in social badness.

I am a faithful customer of Carrefour. Last Friday, I was very disappointed by the quality of food I bought at the food corner. Actually I purchased some spaghetti with sausages, to my surprise when I reached home and had the first spoon from it. It was smelling bad and it just put me off. Luckily we did not get any food poisoning. I spoke to the morning manager on duty today 27-6-2014 about it, he seemed not to give any importance to my complaint which disappointed me even more. Kindly see into this matter because I could have complained to ministry of health. Thanks
