Black Forest Cake purchsed was sub standard and tasteless

I had ordered a Black Forest Cake from them for my wedding anniversary on the 3rd of April 2020. The base of the cake was burnt and that taste was apparent with every bite. It was also very dry and tasteless. I complained to the bakery and the person seemed to be disinterested and said that he will enquire from the person baking the cake. Neither did he get back to me nor did i receive an apology from anyone at Caesar's Confectionery for ruining our Wedding Anniversary. This sort of attitude and behaviour is unacceptable. They claim to give value for money which is a joke.

This is wrong way naa.
