I was very disappointed with the service at Le Chocolat. I preordered a cake 4days ahead for 3sept 2012 giving the the specific instructions for the wordings on the cake and timing to be collected. To ensure everything went well, i called a day before collection to remind the sales personnel to write the wordings on the cake and to make sure the cake must be ready for collection by 11am on 3sept. To my horror, the cake was not ready when my friend went there, and the wordings were not written. The cake was meant for a special occasion and Le Chocolat ruined it. It was such a disappointment. This is my first time patronising the cake shop and I had such an unpleasant experience

Me and my family(husband and two adult children) went to have breakfast at Le chocolat Seif district yesterday morning 10/13/2011 at 9am. We formly loved this cafe, but had a bad experiece this day. Service was slow taking our order and after ordering, we noticed that several tables that sat after us (especially one group that came in 30min after us) received their orders before us. at 10am (1 hour later) we got really upset when our food was given to the table behind us that came in 30min after us and we still didnt have our food. This is very upsetting. Restaurants shouldnt make patrons wait 1 hour for breakfast and be rude by giving our order to someone who came after us.. Very discusted.. not sure if coming back to this cafe now..
